Our passions lies in making the complex simple, transforming the hard into the easy, enjoying the journey, and playing together.
My HR Adviser began in early 2010 in response to our clients constantly asking for help and guidance in the area of Human Resources. The company founded by Jayne Griffiths and Akram Sabbagh, whilst both senior business coaches with AltusQ Experiential Coaching. We found that once our clients got clear on their functional structure and strategic direction, they needed a heap of support on the people side.
When businesses grow, they require top quality people. And in the Small and Mid-Tier Business market, we’ve seen so many business owners struggling with HR. It often feels like the “people stuff” gets in the way of the business achieving its goals.
Whether it is finding the right staff, managing staff expectations, undertaking staff reviews or overhauling their pay structure, we saw business owners struggling to make this side of things ‘work’ while also trying to run and grow their business.
Who is the team?
Jayne Griffiths is our Managing Director, whose 15 years plus experience in senior HR roles has enabled us to develop templates and tried and tested approaches to get you started quickly.
Akram Sabbagh is our Director of Business Development.
Carrie Kapelle is our HR Consultant. Carrie has extensive experience in performance management, remuneration, recruitment, and other areas of HR in both private and public sectors.
Ashley Caruana is our HR Assistant, who specialises in Employment Policies, HR Administration, and HR Forms.
Viviane Jabr is one of our HR consultants, who specialises in Performance and Development.
Ron Jones is one of our HR consultants, who specialises in Employee Relations.
What do we stand for?
